  • How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

    To subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email address in the newsletter signup box in the website footer.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

    You are able to unsubscribe from our newsletters at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters.

  • How do I cancel or amend my order?

    To cancel or amend your order contact our customer support team by email at info@diome.co within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Do your prices include VAT?

    All our product prices include VAT

  • Do you offer a discount for new customers?

    Yes, we offer 10% off your first order if you subscribe to our newsletter. Monthly subscribers receive 15% off their orders.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We currently do not provide gift cards.

  • Do you offer subscriptions?

    We offer subscriptions on all our products. To view the subscription options, please go to the product page and select subscription.

  • How do I cancel, amend or pause my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time.

    To cancel, amend or pause your subscription, please log into your account or contact the customer support team by email at info@diome.co.

  • Do you offer refills with your subscription?

    We do not currently offer refills, but we are working on this as an option for all our customers. Stay tuned!

  • Do you offer a discount with your subscriptions?

    Yes when you select the subscription option you will receive 15% off your order.

  • Do you offer free shipping with your subscriptions?

    All UK orders include free standard shipping. Orders shipped outside the UK will incur an additional shipping cost, calculated based on the delivery address.

  • What subscription options do you offer?

    We have one option for subscriptions for products.  You can choose to select for the product to be sent to you every 30 days.

Delivery & Returns

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    For standard UK delivery, your order will arrive in 3–6 working days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

  • How do I know my order has been dispatched?

    Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you notify you that your order is on the way with a tracking ID.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States of America, France, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • What are your delivery options?

    We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our UK deliveries, with Royal Mail Standard taking 3–6 working days.

    For international orders, your package will ship via Royal Mail or FedEx.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    We offer free standard delivery for UK orders. All international orders are subject to a shipping fee.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you change your mind, you are able to return your order unopened up to 14 days from the day you receive the order.

  • How do I return an item?

    To return your item, please email info@diome.co to let us know you would like to return your order. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our UK warehouse.
