    To subscribe to our newsletter enter your email address in the newsletter signup box in the website footer.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

    You are able to unsubscribe from our newsletters at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters

  • How do I cancel or amend my order?

    To cancel or amend your order contact our customer support team by email at info@diome.co within 2 hours of placing your order

  • Do your prices include VAT

    All our product prices include VAT

  • Do you offer a discount for new customers?

    If you start a subscription you will receive a discount on your order

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We currently do not provide gift cards

  • Do you offer subscriptions?

    We offer subscriptions on all our products to view the subscription options please go to the product page and select subscription

  • How do I cancel, amend or pause my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription after the third month of your subscription.

    To cancel, amend or pause your subscription please log into your account or contact the customer support team by email at info@diome.co

  • Do you offer refills with your subscription?

    We do not currently offer refills, but we are working on this as an option for all our customers

  • Do you offer a discount with your subscriptions?

    Yes when you select the subscription option you will receive 15% off your order

  • Do you offer free shipping with your subscriptions?

    Yes all our orders include free delivery

  • What subscription options do you offer?

    We have one option for subscriptions for products.  You can choose to select for the product to be sent to you every 30 days

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    For Standard delivery your order will take 3-6 working days to delivery. 

  • How do I know my order has been dispatched?

    Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you notify you that your order is on the way with a tracking ID

  • Where do you delivery?

    We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

  • What are your delivery options?

    We use Royal Mail tracked for all our UK deliveries 

    Royal Mail Standard takes 3-6 working days

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes all orders include free delivery

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you change your mind you are able to return your order unopened up to 14 days from the day you receive the order

  • How do I return an item?

    To return your item simple email info@diome.co to let us know you would like to return your order.  To return your order you will need to pay for the cost of the return to our UK warehouse.
